Following the success of the Yamazaki Single Malt Limited Edition 2014, Suntory has again produced a winning blend of several single malt whiskys to be released in extremely limited quantities for the domestic Japanese market.
Components:
20-year-old Yamazaki whiskies aged in sherry casks
20-year-old Yamazaki whiskies aged in ex-port casks
and a younger Yamazaki malt matured in Bourbon barrels.

Personal Note from Josh: This is one of my favourite whiskies. The sherry and complexity of this whisky is simply stunning thanks to the inclusion of the 20 year old single malts. The younger bourbon gives it a more youthful vibrance. Nose: Sweet, Honey, Ripe Fruits. Tasting notes: Melons, Cherry, Sherry, Oak. Decently long finish.
