Returns / Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order up to the point where it is being dispatched by Courier. japwhisky.com reserves the right to subtract any credit card processing fees from any amount that is due for refund. 

If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will refund your money or exchange the product provided you inform us within seven days of the order being delivered subject to the following conditions. 1) All items must be returned to us in their original unopened condition. 2) All items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories (if any). You will be responsible for any shipping or courier costs that you may incur. Due to our stock largely being purchased through auctions or private collectors, we cannot guarantee that every bottle and packaging is in 100% perfect condition as these are classified as "New Old Stock". Any significant abnormalities to the normal bottling or packaging will be listed in the product descriptions (to the best of our knowledge).

  
Please note that if you are exchanging a product that is more than the value of the replacement product, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. If you are exchanging a product that is less than the value of the replacement product, additional payment will be required. Upon exchanging a product, you will be liable to pay a new shipping and handling charge.
